The children love story time! Each day, Abbey reads aloud to the children both upstairs and down. The kids LOVE it! Not only do the children enjoy the stories, but they love hearing the English words and learning how to speak the language. This is a great way for the children to learn to sit in a group, follow directions and listen to a story, as well.Angel House is in need of some quality children's books right now. Most of the books at the orphanage have been loved for some time and are worn, torn and missing pages. If you would like to donate some classic children's books or some of your favorite read-alouds, please contact Colleen at colleen@threeangleshaiti.org She will be sending a shipment of books down to Haiti very soon.
